Steph Bechard is a digital strategist at Crystal Media with more than 8 years of experience in building communities online and skyrocketing engagement for small business owners. Bechard is recognized as a top-rated speaker for her energetic and impactful sessions on marketing small businesses and instilling confidence in attendees to leverage digital marketing for store growth through social media. 

Theresa Butler is the founder of Theresa Butler Interiors, a premier Atlanta-based interior design firm known for blending traditional elegance with modern flair, infusing each space with a touch of whimsy. Butler’s interiors are meticulously curated to meet the practical needs of her clients. Before fully immersing herself in interior design in 2020, Butler worked as a nurse anesthetist for over a decade. The pandemic ignited her desire to change careers and return to doing more of what she loves – interior design.   

Tricia Hunt is the owner of Millstone Nursery in Germantown, Tenn. As a young girl, Hunt watched her mother, a landscape designer, work. Creating beautiful spaces in the world of plants and flowers inspired Hunt to buy Millstone Nursery in 2008. Ramon Valdez is a Christmas design expert, floral designer and YouTube personality. His design career started as a buyer and merchandiser for various floral and retail stores in the Midwest. On his first buying trip to Atlanta Market, Valdez fell in love with the Christmas design world and immediately found his calling. An inspired Valdez created the YouTube channel, “Ramon at Home,” to share his experiences, finds and knowledge.
